Amber waves of grain

So I have some grains at home that I don’t know quite what to do with. At some point in the last year I picked up some farro, quinoa, and couscous.

I have a fairly good spring-type salad that I can make with couscous if I want to buy a few pounds of tomatoes, but I’m not sure about the rest. Any recommendations?
