The jig is up for Alaskan legislature

 

Yesterday, the FBI raided the offices of six Alaskan state legislators, looking for evidence of improper financial ties to an oil field management company called VECO Corporation.

Always happy to see politicians getting it stuck to ’em for corruption, I was a bit disappointed to see these were state legislators, not federal. However, since the larger part of my hatred of politicians is reserved for the Republican party, I was glad to see that five of the six searched were GOP.

    Unfortunately, that crazy coot is (thus far) not linked to this VECO business.
