Turkey Chili with White Beans
2 lbs Ground Turkey
1 large Onion, chopped
2 cloves Garlic, chopped
32 oz Fat Free Chicken Broth
2 cans White kidney beans
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Chili powder
1 tsp Cumin
3 tbsp Lime juice
1/4 cup fresh Cilantro, chopped
1. Spray a large skillet with the cooking spray and brown the turkey (medium high heat) with the onion and garlic, about 10 minutes.
2. Drain any fat and add turkey mixture to a crock pot or large pot.
3. Drain and rinse beans and add to pot, along with remaining ingredients.
4. Mix and simmer on low heat for as long as you can stand it (at least 1.5 hours) then chow down.
